Julie is a retired Air Force veteran and a proud mother of three athletes. Her personal journey toward a healthier lifestyle and her passion for helping others achieve the benefits of health and wellness inspired her to embark on a second career.
Julie's relationship with fitness began during her Air Force career when she faced the challenge of regaining her previous fitness level and losing weight after her third pregnancy. She found herself driven by the desire to overcome these obstacles, especially after encountering a fitness test setback. Her fitness journey commenced with running, not only to regain her shape but also because she fell in love with the activity. Running paved the way for boot camp-style workouts, strength training, and spinning.
Following her retirement from the Air Force, Julie decided to transition her passion for health and wellness into her second career. In 2022, she obtained certification to teach Spinning classes, and by 2023, she achieved NASM certification as a personal trainer. Continuously committed to her own education, Julie's mission is to empower and coach her clients comprehensively in health and wellness.
Julie's true passion lies in sharing her profound love for fitness with others and assisting them in developing self-assurance both in the gym and within themselves. Her greatest joy in the fitness realm is witnessing her clients conquer challenges and achieve feats they once deemed unattainable.
