All of our Spin® trainers are Spinning® certified, which means they’ve been trained on the very best equipment, as well as trained on the best practical and theoretical concepts, for a dynamic indoor cycling experience. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Alicia has been involved in the fitness world for over 15 years. Her passion for fitness began at a young age, with her focus on endurance sports, such as marathons. It was her and her husband's vision to create a studio where each person can create within themselves, their own, unique revolution.


Jill Peters, MBA


Certified SPIN® Instructor

Jill works in oral health research. She received her BS in Chemistry and MBA in Business. She has been coaching youth soccer for nearly 10 years, and she enjoys living an active lifestyle of skiing, running and cycling. She firmly believes that if it does not challenge you, it will not change you.

Steve has been a part of the fitness community for almost 20 years. His experience has connected him with athletes of all ages, from all levels, across all backgrounds. Steve received his undergraduate degree in Health Promotion & Education from the Univ. of Cincinnati, as well as his Masters of Science degree in Health, Environmental and Safety Management from the Univ. of Findlay. It is his passion to ignite within each athlete their own revolution, and allow that fire to flourish, in order to reach their full potential.

Jessica through her own challenges with weight and confidence is passionate about helping women gain the strength and confidence in themselves to not only help them become the best version of themselves but be the light in the world to help others. Jessica’s smile will light up a room. She is an assistant lead with Lori Bush of PINK Revolution.

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach

Lori is a Certified Personal Trainer. She has always had a passion for fitness through her participation in college athletics and her B.S. in Health and Physical Education. The mother of 5 kids, it is her passion to help other women make themselves a priority, gain strength, and the confidence they deserve. She enjoys training individuals or groups and leads PINK Revolution leaving those working out with her feeling strong and encouraged.

Alisha Justice, CSFA,CST


Certified SPIN® Instructor

Alisha is the newest member of our fitness instructors. She has been spinning for over 15 years and recently decided to challenge herself with teaching. She has been a member at Revolution Group Fitness for almost 2 years, and she participates in personal training, PINK Revolution, and multiple classes throughout the week. In her professional life, she is a private surgical assistant for a plastic surgeon in Kenwood. She is married with two children, and her family is proud to call Lebanon their home. She is the definition or perseverance.

With Susan's knowledge and enthusiasm, she looks forward to helping you begin your personal journey to health and wellness.
