AULTimate Body Performance Training classes are offered every Tuesday and Friday evenings from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. 

The performance training sessions are designed for junior high athletes on up.

Golf Strength & Conditioning by AULTimate Body

Physical conditioning is becoming more and more essential to golf athlete performance. Numerous studies have found a regular strength and conditioning program to reduce injury, increase club head speed and optimize performance.

AULTimate Body Performance Training for golf is offered every Thursday evening from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. 

The Golf Strength & Conditioning program focuses on science based applications specific to golf, such as:

Kinetic Chain Strengthening

Rotational Strengthening

Mobility

Injury prevention and much more
